The 2012 SRA International Symposium
2012 SRA International Symposium Winners Announced!
The 2012 Symposium attracted a broad array of papers and posters which addressed key issues confronting research managers and administrators in North America and internationally. It is rewarding to consider papers and posters submitted by colleagues from universities, research institutes, research hospitals and service providers from the United States, Canada, England, Taiwan as well as other nations. These papers and posters reflected the breadth and complexity of research management issues: pre-award management, post-award management, technology transfer and collaboration, professional development, financial reporting and accountability, amongst others.
It is with great pleasure we announce the winners of this year’s symposium:
The Best Paper award is made to Dr. Tatiana Schofield of Imperial College Consultants, London, UK, for her paper “Critical Success Factors for Knowledge Transfer Collaborations between University and Industry in the Emerging Market Context.”
The Best Poster award is made to Carla Ross, Terrilyn Chiasson, Gerald C. Johnston, PhD, Dalhousie University, for their poster “Integrated Health Research Training Partnership: A New Philosophy for Learning.”
SRA Thanks all participating authors and peer review judges for sharing their time and expertise!
All posters and papers can be found in the 2012 Symposium Proceedings:
