The Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center has a $15.00 per day, per room resort fee that will be posted to your account upon check in. This fee is subject to a 1% Osceola County Assessment fee and currently taxable at 13%. This fee includes:

• Wireless internet access in guest rooms, atriums, and poolside
• Daily newspaper
• Dasani bottled water (2 replenished daily)
• Access to the resort's state-of-the-art Fitness Center
• High-speed internet access in each guestroom
• Local phone calls up to 20 minutes ($.10/minute thereafter)
• Toll-free and credit card calls up to 20 minutes($.10/minute thereafter)
• Scheduled transportation to Walt Disney World theme parks

Parking is available on-site at the Gaylord Palms Resort.  Self parking is available for $15 per night and Valet parking is available for $22 per night.

WARNING Regarding Unauthorized Contacts by Companies Offering to Book Your Hotel Reservations.

It has been brought to our attention that a third-party housing company has been contacting SRA International’s exhibitors trying to get them to book their conference hotel rooms through their service for the SRA International 2012 Annual Meeting. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT SRA INTERNATIONAL HAS NOT CONTRACTED WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTOR TO SECURE HOTEL ROOMS AND THEY ARE IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH SRA INTERNATIONAL.

SRA International has secured rooms at the Gaylord Palms Resort. All reservations should be made directly through the Gaylord Palms Resort.

If you are contacted by Exhibition Housing Services, or anyone claiming to be booking hotel rooms on behalf of SRA International, we urge our exhibitors and attendees NOT to book hotels through any of these third-party companies.  Please be aware that reservations booked through other housing services may not be honored by the Gaylord Palms Resort, and SRA International will not guarantee these reservations.  Please also be advised that once you sign any Exhibition Housing Services or other agreements (i.e., credit card authorization forms), SRA cannot guarantee that you will get your money back.
