
SRA International has reserved a block of VIP Package tickets to attend The American Princess show presented at the Arabian Nights Dinner Theater on Monday, October 1st. Bus transportation is arranged to leave the Gaylord Palms Hotel at 6:45 PM so you can participate in the VIP Sneak Peek Stable Tour and the show will begin at 8:00 PM. VIP Package includes the Sneak Peek Stable Tour, Priority Seating, Plated Dinner and the Basic Drink Package of unlimited house wine and beer for patrons who are 21 and older. In addition to the VIP Package, SRA will be providing a shuttle to/from the Gaylord Palms Hotel to the Arabian Nights Dinner Theater.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Pre Registration to purchase Arabian Nights tickets closese September 24, 2012. Written requests for dinner theater tickets refunds must be postmarked on or before September 14, 2012. No refunds will be made after September 14, 2012. Refunds are not given to no-shows.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION POLICY
The last day to pre-register for this event is September 24, 2012. For on-site registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card to attend the sessions. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.
